History

Tigershark Properties was founded in 2008 as a real estate investment company. We first purchased three houses in Winnipeg in winter 2008/2009. Since that time we have sold the Winnipeg properties and focussed on residential properties in Calgary, Alberta.

In addition to property investing, Tigershark Properties began to offer property management and maintenance services in 2011 with the creation of a lawn care and gardening division. Each year the company grows and changes with the opportunities that arise in the Calgary area.

Our Company Today

Tigershark Properties is separated into four key divisions:

- Residential Real Estate Investments - we own a collection of condo units across Calgary. We plan to purchase more condo units and some houses in the future.

- Property Management - we manage residential properties on behalf of investors. The services we offer include tenant relations, property maintenance, and any other items that are requested.

- Property Maintenance - in addition to maintaining our property portfolio, we offer maintenance services to our clients as well. We do a variety of general handyman work, and can also do drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, and other tasks as required.

- Lawn Care and Gardening - we offer a full range of lawn and garden services. Our lawn services include spring cleanups, lawn mowing, fertilizing, weed spray, over seeding and top dressing. Our garden services begin with planting annuals, perennials, shrubs and trees. We also offer weeding, tree and shrub pruning, and other gardening tasks.
